• Payroll app to enable guards to check their entitlement and salary.
• Automated attendance with facility of facial recognition,
• Administration app for maintaining records and recruitment, has complete bio data info including background verification of guards.

Automation of-

• Monitoring site manpower deficiencies and equipment requirements.
• Prompt redressal of guard grievances. Direct inputs from guards are obtained on e-forms for promptly addressing their issues of salary, PF, leave etc.
• Push Model of Administration- The data from various IT inputs is collated centrally and pushed to the concerned teams for time-bound action.

We ensure quick upskilling of our staff by innovative training means like –

• We have prepared over 45 in house training videos. We conduct video training drills using mobiles.
• Portable multimedia equipment is used to conduct lectures at sites.
• Stimulating demonstrations, screenplays, and mock drills are devised for better assimilation.

Layered approach – This ensures uniformity and quality.

• Remote training—Training videos and material are forwarded to the trainee on his mobile. After his self-study, the training team conducts a test remotely.
• Semi–contact training—Material is sent to the site in charge for training. The site in charge, conducts the training and takes a test under the guidance of the training team.
• Contact training—Conducted directly by our training team at our training facility or deployment site, using portable multimedia equipment.

Detailed formulation of Standard Operating Procedures for every activity from site to guard level. We ensure strict adherence to SOPs by training, rehearsals and checks.

Thorough background verification of guards. A 16 Page detailed background verification record for every guard is complied. This is made available on line to the client. This includes –

• Check of criminal records
• Police verification
• KYC documents authentication (Aadhar, PAN, Voter ID)
• Address check

Checks by our own field staff can be lenient. To ensure realistic feedback and unbiased audit, we enlist the services of a third party just for conducting inspections on the following–

• Night duty alertness
• Identity verification
• Entry challenging process
• Dress and turn out
• Gate, perimeter, lighting inspections at night.
